摘要
介绍了振动注射对聚合物流变行为、凝聚态结构及其制品性能的影响。指出振动注射可改善聚合物熔体的流动性,控制聚合物的结晶和取向,可提高制品的性能,振动注射可实现聚合物的自增强增韧。
Effects of vibration injection on the polymer structure,rheological behavior and mechanical properties were introduced.Vibration injection could increase the fluidity of polymer melt and improve the product performance by controlling the crystallization and orientation of polymer.Especially,vibration injection could realize self-reinforcement and self-tougheness of polymers.
