摘要
通过在逆向工程中应用白光扫描(也被称作"结构光扫描法")技术,将量测对象扫描成密集的点云数据,将所测得点云数据读入到检测软件PolyWorks中与数学模型进行自动对位、比对分析,然后用不同的颜色呈现显示整个工件的误差值的数字化检测方法的阐述,让人一目了然及时掌握产品品质状态,并自动产生报表,达到完全产品检测的效果。
Describes the process flow of digital measuring methods in this paper that scanning the measurement object to turn into a dense points data using white-light(structured light) scanning technology in reverse engineering.Read the points data into a software "Polyworks",then automatic datum-based alignment for true position and automatic feature extraction from CAD models,also the resulting color map vividly depicts the error of the workpiece,makes clear grasp product quality and automatically generate reports to complete product testing results.
