摘要
目的通过对丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)临界值报废血液的研究分析,确定设备间不精密度的叠加,可能导致ALT临界值血液报废,研究运用设备比对方法,减少血液ALT报废率。方法将体采科采血车分两组,其中一组为3、5、6号采血车,该组将ALT初筛设备与复检设备定期进行比对,并根据结果对设备进行调整。另一组为1、2、7、8号采血车,该组只是按照常规将ALT初筛设备定期校准,并使用室内质控品对精密度进行监测,未与复检设备定期进行比对,比较两采血车的ALT报废率。结果 2008年8—11月,未进行设备比对的1、2、7、8号采血车ALT报废率为0.92%,已进行设备比对的3、5、6号采血车ALT报废率为0.48%。两者比较,χ2=7.15,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,已进行设备比对的采血车的ALT报废率较未进行设备比对的采血车的报废率明显下降。结论说明将ALT初筛设备与复检设备定期进行比对,并根据结果对设备及时进行调整,能够明显降低血液ALT报废率。
[Objective]To analyze the discarded blood with ALT threshold value for determination of the summation of the equipment imprecision which may result in the discarding of the ALT threshold value blood,to study equipment comparison method so as to reduce the blood ALT scrap rate.[Methods]The blood collecting vehicles were divided into 2 groups.A comparison between ALT early screening equipment and reinspection equipment was made regularly on Group 1(vehicles No.3,5,6 included),the adjustment of equipment was based on the comparison result.Group 2(vehicles No.1,2,7,8 included)just received periodic calibration on ALT early screening equipment in accordance with normal practice,and Precision monitoring was performed by using the materials for internal quality control without comparing with the reinspection equipment regularly.[Results] From August to November in 2008,the ALT blood scrap rate of Group 2 was 0.92%,while that of Group 1 was 0.48%,the difference between them was significant(χ2=7.15,P0.01).The ALT blood scrap rate of Group 1 was significantly lower than that of Group 2.[Conclusion]Making a regular comparison between ALT early screening equipment and reinspection equipment and adjusting the equipment according to the comparison result can reduce the ALT blood scrap rate obviously.
