摘要
针对轻载运行异步电动机能源浪费严重的实际情况,提出了异步电动机节能运行新型策略,进行了节能机理的分析。通过分析指出,异步电动机起动时应采用恒流软起动,轻载运行时按最大综合力能指标原则进行调压则有最优的节能效果。进行了节能系统的仿真和实验研究。仿真和实验结果都说明了该控制策略正确可行,可以取得异步电动机较好的节能效果。
To avoid power waste of asynchronous motor running with light load,a new energy-saving strategy is put forward and the energy-saving principle of motor is analyzed in this paper.Through analyzing,it is pointed out that constant current soft starting should be adopted when motor starts,voltage is regulated according to the principle of maximum combined power energies index when motor runs at light load and optimal energy-saving effect can be acquired.Computer simulation and experiment of energy-saving system are carried out.Both simulation results and experimental results demonstrate that the control strategy is correct and feasible,and energy-saving effect of asynchronous motor is good.
