摘要
城市土地整理是城市经济发展的前提,这不仅是一项复杂的系统工程,而且还是一个可持续的动态过程。科学发展观指导下的城市土地整理必须要注重城市土地整理与产业结构调整的和谐互动,城市土地整理与城市商圈再造的和谐互动,城市土地整理与城市交通发展的和谐互动,城市土地整理与城市主、副中心统筹兼顾的和谐互动。
Urban land consolidation is a prerequisite for urban economic development,not only is complex system engineering,but also a sustainable and dynamic process.Under the guidance of scientific outlook on development of urban land management must focus on urban land management and industrial structure adjustment and harmonious interaction,urban land management and urban shopping district recycling harmonious interaction,urban land management and urban transport development and harmonious interaction,urban land management and harmony of urban and rural interaction.
