摘要
依据车体焊装线夹具设计理论,对轿车后地板各工位焊接夹具及其焊装总线进行规划、设计,应用CATIAV5R17进行夹具建模、装配,并应用CATIA的DMU模块对各工位夹具每个单元气缸运动过程进行模拟,检查干涉并优化结构,插入焊钳确定其数量、型号及判断其可达性,最终设计出符合要求的夹具图并生成相应工程图。
Based on the design theory of jig welding and installing chassis wiring,The welding fixture and the weld install main line of the various locations of the passenger vehicle after floor are planed and disigned,using CATIA V5R17 to modelling and ssembling the jig,and carries on the simulation using the CATIA DMU module for the rate process each unit's air cylinder in various locations jig,to inspecting the interferenceand optimizing the structure,Inserting the soldering tweezers to determing its quantity,the model and judging its accessibility,Conforms to the request jig chart is finally designed and produces the engineering plat.
