摘要
采用常规生物急性毒性试验方法,研究了非离子态氨对体长(5.0±0.61)cm,质量为(12.17±1.57)g的金鱼鱼种的急性毒性试验。结果表明,非离子态氨对金鱼鱼种24、48 h的半致死质量浓度(LC50)及95%置信区间分别为0.454(0.393~0.515)mg/L和0.267(0.213~0.322)mg/L,安全质量浓度为0.028 mg/L。非离子氨对金鱼鱼种具有较低的耐受力。
The acute toxicity of non-ionized ammonia to juvenile goldfish Carassius auratus(5.0±0.61) cm in body length,and(12.17±1.57) g in body weight was studied via a general method.It was found that the 24 h CL50,and 48 h LC50 values(95% confidence interval)of nitrite-N to the juveniles were 0.454(0.393~0.515),and 0.267(0.213~0.322) mg/L,with security concentration of 0.028 mg/L,indicating that the juveniles has lower toleration ability.
