摘要
LLC谐振变换器的最大优点是利用自身的谐振特性同时实现主开关管与次级整流二极管的软开关。从变换器整流二极管反向恢复时间出发,介绍了一种延长谐振槽路三元件共同谐振时间的方法,使得变换器工作于第二谐振区域时,二极管在交替导通间隔期间得到充分反向恢复,以降低反向恢复损耗。根据该参数优化的方法制作了一台额定功率210 W的半桥LLC谐振变换器样机,并通过实验验证了理论分析的可行性。
The supreme advantage of LLC resonant converter refers to realize the soft-switching of main switches as well as rectifier diodes on secondary side only depends on resonant characteristics of its own.A strategy about how to extend the syntonic time of three resonant elements based on the analysis for reverse recovery time of recitifier diode is presented,which ensure the sufficient reverse recoverey time at time interval of diode’s alternate conduction in order to reduce the reverse recovery loss.According to the proposed strategy,a 210 W LLC half-bridge resonant converter prototype is built up which verifies the feasibility of the strategy.
