摘要
"以创业促就业",支持和鼓励大学生创业成为解决当前大学生就业困境的最有效途径之一。对于创业的大学生来讲,大学生创业素质评价必不可少。从大学生自身出发,建立了大学生创业素质评价指标体系,并利用BP神经网络对大学生创业素质进行了评价,实现了评价的非线性映射,具有一定的理论和现实意义。
＂Promoting employment with the use of entrepreneurial＂,so collage student entrepreneur has become one of the most effective ways to solve the current plight.The quality of collage student entrepreneur is essential for college students.In this paper,the evaluation index system of collage student entrepreneur quality is established and the BP neural network is also used to conduct an evaluation for college students,which a chieved non-linear mapping in evaluation.so it has a certain amount of theoretical and practical significance in our community.
