摘要
教师专业化视野下,教师教育的内容十分丰富。教师教育的核心是专业知识教育,基于专业知识教育的是教师职业能力的提升。在教师专业化视野下,教师职业能力的基本构成和培育是十分值得思考的现实问题。
From the viewpoint of teacher professionalism, teacher education has very rich contents. The core of teacher education is the professional knowledge education;on the basis of professional knowledge -based education is enhancement of professional competence of teachers. This paper is about the constitution and cultivation of teachers＇ professional competence from the perspective of teacher specialization.
