摘要
提出以高炉渣为原料制备聚硫酸铝硅絮凝剂的新工艺,运用红外光谱分析絮凝剂结构,讨论pH值及体系质量浓度对模拟废水絮凝效果的影响。研究发现:该絮凝剂处理模拟废水脱色率可达90%以上;随pH值升高,絮凝剂的电中和作用会降低,絮凝效果减弱,但随着铝硅聚合物的聚合度逐渐升高,絮凝剂的架桥与网捕作用增强,絮凝效果略有回升;絮凝剂质量浓度提高会促进铝离子的水解及其产物与硅酸分子的配合反应,其对色度去除率的影响与pH值也有很大关系。
The new technology using BF slag to prepare poly-aluminum-silicate-sulfuric (PASS)coagulant was proposed. The structure of PASS was studied by irtfrared spectrometer.The influences of pH value and concentration on its flocculating effect of processing simulative waste water were discussed. As pH value increase, the flocculating effect degrades due to the charge neutrality role of coagulant degrade, and then it rally a little because of the increase of the polymerization degree of aluminum-silica complex. Hydrolysis of alumina ion and complex reaction of its hydrolysis product with silicic acid is accelerated as concentration of coagulant increased. The relationship between chromal removal rate of simulative waste water and concentration is related to pH value.
