摘要
本文系统地研究了杂质泵过流件的磨损原因。同时对磨料介质特性、材料特性及磨料与材料的相互作用条件有关的各因素作了较全面的实验、分析,并探讨其规律。最终给出了各因素影响程度的数量级,结合相对应的图表可为杂质泵的使用、改进设计和合理选型提供宏观参考。
This paper systemtically deals with the reason of abrasion wear of Wet-parts in solids-handling pumps. It has been made a complete experiment with various relevant factors to medium characteristic of solids-liquid mixture, material proteaty and the interaction condition between mixtures aud materials so as to analysis its law. As result, it has given the order of influence magnitude of various factors and presented the grant reference for solids-handling pump application, improved design and reght selection combined with relative diagramm and tables.
