摘要
油封动密封是非稳定的动态过程,它和唇部结构及表面状态有关。密封间隙中的弹性流体动压油膜由连续稳态流和脉动流组成。改变唇部结构和表面状态即可实现对密封过程的控制。
The dynamic process of the rotating oil seal is unstable. It is closely to the lip structure and the surface condition. The elastohydrodynmic oil film formed in the seal gap is composed of continual stationary flow and pulse flow. In changing the lip structure and the surface condition we can control the whole process of the seal.
