摘要
采用400目活性硅微粉填充聚醚多元醇增韧环氧树脂体系制备了干式变压器用浇注料,研究了粉体用量对固化物性能的影响。结果表明,粉体质量分数在62.2%左右时,浇注料粘度适中,固化物的导热系数约为0.84 W/(m.K),冲击强度约为15 kJ/m2,热变形温度为110℃。
Epoxy casts filled with 400 mesh coupling silica powder and toughened by polyether polyol for dry-type transformers were prepared.The effects of silica powder amount on the properties of the cured cast were investigated.The results show that,when the amount of powder is about 62.2%,the viscosity of the cast is moderate;and a cured cast with 0.84 W/(m·k) of thermal conductivity,15 kJ/m^2 of impact strength and 110℃ of heat deflection temperature can be obtained.
