摘要
以高分子量环氧树脂为基料,制成风力发电机用表面绝缘涂料。研究不同树脂基料、颜填料和固化剂对涂料电气性能、耐盐雾性能和耐磨性能的影响。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)和热失重(TG)等检测手段对涂料性能进行了表征。结果表明:当选用某高分子量环氧树脂时,涂料具有较好的电气绝缘性能,其体积电阻率为9.6×1013Ω.m,电气强度达67 MV/m,耐电弧性能可达127 s,当颜填料选用云母粉和三聚磷酸铝搭配使用时,涂料的耐盐雾性能可达1 000 h以上;当选用聚醚改性的弹性固化剂时,涂料的耐磨性能可达0.037 g。
A kind of surface insulating coating used in wind turbine generators was prepared with high molecular weight epoxy resin as a base material.The effects of different resin binders,pigments and fillers,as well as curing agents on the electrical property,salt-fog resistance and wear resistance of the coating were investigated.The FTIR and TG,etc.were used to characterize the properties of the product.The results show that the coating exhibits better electrical insulation properties when certain high molecular weight epoxy resin is used as the base material.Its volume resistivity achieves 9.6×1013 Ω.m,electric strength 67 MV/m and arc-resistance 127 s.The salt spray resistance is improved to 1 000 h when using mica powder and aluminum triphosphate as pigments and fillers. The wear resistance can reach 0.037 g when choosing an elastic curing agent modified by polyether.
