摘要
目的研究超微粉碎对丁香中丁香酚体外溶出度的影响。方法采用不同pH值的释放介质,模拟胃肠道各段的pH条件;按溶出度转篮法,采用高效液相色谱法测定丁香普通粉与超微粉中丁香酚的体外溶出度。结果丁香超微粉最大累积溶出度为72.17%,粗粉最大累积溶出度为52.42%。结论超微粉碎能促进丁香药材中丁香酚的体外溶出,超微粉碎技术应用于丁香具有可行性和必要性。
Objective To study the effect of ultramicro smash technology on external dissolution rate of eugenic acid from common powder and superfine powder of Flos Caryophylli.Methods The different segments of gastro-intestine were simulated by dissolution medium with different pH value,and the external dissolution rate of eugenic acid from common powder and superfine powder of flos Caryophylli was determined by blasket stirring method and HPLC.Results The largest cumulative dissolution of Superfine powder was 72.17% percent,the largest cumulative dissolution of common powder was 52.42%.Conclusion Ultramicro smash technology can promote the dissolution of eugenic acid in Flos Caryophylli,and application of ultramicro smash technology to Flos Caryophylli is feasible and necessary.
