新型絮凝材料——羧甲基壳聚糖的合成新工艺研究及其性能表征

摘要 目的采用新型的连续加碱法制备水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖,并对合成工艺进行优化。方法以壳聚糖、氯乙酸为原料,苄基三乙基氯化铵(TEBA)为催化剂,采用连续加碱法制备羧甲基壳聚糖,考察催化剂使用量、反应温度、反应时间和投料比对羧甲基壳聚糖取代度(DS)和溶解性的影响。结果最佳反应条件为:以6%的苄基三乙基氯化铵作催化剂,m(壳聚糖):m(氯乙酸)为1:5,反应温度90℃,反应时间5h时,羧甲基壳聚糖的取代度(DS)和溶解率分别达到1.35和99.10%。结论本法制备的羧甲基壳聚糖具有优越的水溶性能,是一种制备羧甲基壳聚糖的有效方法 。 Objective To prepare water soluble carboxymethyl chitosan by a new kind of continuous alkali-feeding method,and to optimize its synthetic conditions.Methods With chitosan and chloroacetate as the reactants and triethyl-benzylammonium (TEBA) as catalyst,carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC) was synthesized by continuous alkali-feeding method.The effects of carboxymethylation conditions on the degree of substitution(DS) and solubility of CMC were studied.Results The optimum conditions were as follows:6% triethylbenzylammonium (TEBA) as catalyst,reaction temperature was 90℃,reaction time was 5 h and weight ratio of chitosan to chloroacetic acid was 1:5,the substitution (DS) and the rate of solubility reached 1.35 and 99.10%,respectively.Conclusion The product has superior water-soluble property,and the continuous alkali-feeding method is for the synthesization of CMC.
