摘要
采用球磨法制备了ZnO-BST复合陶瓷,采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜测定了样品的晶相、微观形貌,研究了Sb2O3、MnO、Cr2O3等氧化物掺杂对复合陶瓷热敏性能的影响。结果表明,随着Sb2O3、MnO、Cr2O3等氧化物的依次掺入,材料的热敏性能得到了较大的提高。
ZnO-Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 composite ceramics were prepared by milling method doping with Sb2O3,MnO and Cr2O3,ordinally.The crystal and the microstructure of the ceramics were studied by X-ray diffraction and the scanning electron microscope.And the effects of dopants on thermistor characteristics of composite ceramics were investigated.The results showed that thermistor characteristics of composite ceramics was greatly improved by doping.
