摘要
研究分析了"十五"期末冷水江市土地利用现状,总结了土地利用特点及存在问题,预测了未来一定时期内各类用地指标和主要社会经济指标,进而进行土地利用功能分区,提出科学合理利用土地的措施和建议,以促进冷水江市社会经济的快速、健康发展。
The status quo of land utilization in Lengshuijiang City in the end of the tenth five-year plan was analyzed;the characters and problems of land utilization were summarized;each kind of land utilization index and main social economic indicators during a certain period in the future were predicted to conduct function zoning of land utilization;and the measures and suggestions that scientifically and reasonably utilize land were proposed to promote the rapid and healthy development of social economic in Lengshuijiang City.
