旅游管理应用型实践教学平台建设的理论与实践 被引量:10

摘要 旅游管理作为典型的应用型学科,其实践教学一直受到重视,国外高校在这方面有许多成功的案例。在借鉴国外旅游管理专业教学模式的基础上,引入DACUM(Develop a Curriculum,课程开发)方法来探索应用型人才培养实践教学体系与平台的建设问题,它强调"从社会实际出发,与用人单位合作,以能力培养为基础制定教学计划、教学大纲、教材和教学方法"。本文以国内有特色的暨南大学深圳旅游学院为案例,分析和讨论多年来实施的三三制教学模式,验证了DACUM理论与方法不仅有益于构建旅游管理专业实习实践教学平台,也有利于培养专业基础扎实、适应性广、动手能力强、综合素质高的应用型旅游管理专业人才。 As a typical applied subject,practice teaching of tourism management always attracts people’s attention,and foreign universi- ties enjoy many successful cases.This paper will study the construction of practice teaching system and platform of applied talents education by DACUM with the reference of teaching model of foreign tourism management major.It emphasizes the idea of starting from social practice, cooperating with enterprise,making teaching plan,teaching syllabus,textbook and teaching method based on competence training.This paper chooses Shenzhen tourism college of Jinan university as the case to study its’special Three-third teaching model which has been carried out for years.It proves that the theory and method of DACUM not only benefits to construct internship practice teaching platform for major of tourism management,but also helps to train applied tourism management talents with solid professional knowledge,high comprehensive quality,wide adaptability and good practice competence.
