摘要
采用室内苗期人工接种鉴定方法,对中国现行推广的204份黄瓜品种和54份国内外引进的种质资源进行了枯萎病的人工接种鉴定。204份黄瓜栽培品种中,豫艺春优、绿剑金春、吉杂十八等18个品种对枯萎病表现为高抗,占鉴定品种总数的8.8%;56个品种表现为抗病,55个品种中抗;48个品种表现为感病,27个品种高感。从54份种质资源中筛选出1份高抗枯萎病材料D0327,且该材料能够对枯萎病免疫。
In this study,seedling-inoculation method was used to identify the resistance of 204 cucumber varieties cultivated in China and 54 germplasms to fusarium wilt.Among 204 cucumber cultivars,18 varieties,including Yuyichunyou,Lvjianjinchun,Jiza18 ect.,showed high resistance(HR) to Fusarium wilt,which accounted for 8.8% of all;And the number of varieties of resistance(R),medial resistance(MR),susceptivity(S) and high susceptivity(HS) were 56,55,48 and 27,respectively.Only one variety,which was obtained from 54 germplasms,showed high resistance to cucumber Fusarium wilt.
