摘要
人力市场竞争日趋激烈,给大学生就业造成很大的压力。图书馆应转变服务理念,适应社会经济发展变化,开展特色服务,提高大学生综合素质,增强竞争力,使之脱颖而出,实现就业;图书馆还应该根据大学生就业需求,拓展就业信息,为大学生就业探新路。
The intense competition of human resources market brings about great pressure to the undergraduates. Libraries should change the idea of services, adapt the development of social economy, carry out special services and enhance the general quality of the undergraduates. These actions will strengthen undergraduates＇ competitive strength and help them to get good jobs. According to the requirements of undergraduates＇ employment, Libraries should also collect and provide more and more useful employment information so as to explore new paths for undergraduates＇ employment.
