摘要
结合云南农用地的分等成果,基于"直过区"的视角,介绍了"直过区"耕地资源可持续利用的紧迫性和必要性,分析了云南省沧源佤族自治县班老乡的耕地质量状况和耕地可持续利用存在的6方面制约因素,并从制度、资金、技术3个方面提出了相关对策建议。
With the division achievements of agricultural land in Yunnan Province,from the view of Direct Transition Area,the urgency and necessity of sustainable use of cultivated land in Direct Transition Area were introduced. The quality of cultivated land and six restraint factors of its sustainable use in Banlao Village in Cangyuan autonomous county of Wa Nationality of Yunnan Province were analyzed. Some relevant countermeasures and proposals were put forward from the aspects of system,funds and technology.
