摘要
[目的]筛选具有抗肿瘤活性的真菌发酵液多糖。[方法]水提醇沉法提取真菌粗多糖,蒽酮-硫酸法测定糖浓度,MTT法测定多糖对体外肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用。[结果]在测试浓度范围内,树舌发酵液多糖对人大肠癌细胞SWWC116、人宫颈癌细胞Hela、人肺腺癌细胞NCI-446的最高抑制率分别为80.3%、74.1%、78.5%;榆耳发酵液多糖对NCI-446、SWWC-116、Hela细胞,小刺猴头发酵液多糖对NCI-446细胞的最高抑制率达50%;其余多糖抗肿瘤活性不明显。[结论]树舌发酵液多糖具有抗肿瘤活性。
[Objective] The study aimed to screen fungal polysaccharides with anticancer activities [Method] Four crude polysaccharides extracted from the submerged cultures of Hericium erinaceus, Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma applanatum and Gleoestereum incarnatum were quantitated using Anthrone-Sulphuric Acid Colrimetry to study their anticancer activities with MTT in vitro. [Result]The results showed that the maximum inhibition ratios of the GAFP to SWWC116, Hela and NCI-446 were 80.3%, 74.1%, 78.5% repectively; GMFP to SWWC116, Hela, NCI-446 and HEFP to NCI-446 was 50%, while others showed little activities. [Conclusion]GAFP had the activities of anticancer.
