摘要 介绍了测量材料导热系数的几种方法,对目前最常用的激光法测量导热系数的原理进行了阐述.重点介绍差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和激光导热仪联用技术,将DSC测得精确的比热容数据应用在导热测量中,以得到精确的导热系数. This paper has described some methods and principles about the scanning on thermal conductivity of new materials,and discussed the laser method in the measuring of thermal conductivity which is the most widely used.Especially,the paper has designed a new method that the accurate specific heat capacity obtained by DSC can be used to calculate the thermal conductivity by the combination of DSC and laser conductometers,and the results are better than those only obtained by laser method.
