数控机床是一种高科技的机电一体化设备,能实现机械的高速度、高精度和高自动化,而失动是严重影响数控机床运动精度的重要因素之一。现针对失动原因进行认真分析,并采用有效手段最大程度减少失动量来保证机床运动精度。
The numerically-controlled machine tool is one kind of high tech integration of machinery equipment,can realize machinery's high velocity,the high accuracy and the high automation,but loses moves is one of serious influence numerically-controlled machine tool movement precision important attributes. This article in view of loses moves the reason to carry on analyzes and uses the effective measure greatest degree reduction to lose the momentum earnestly to guarantee the engine bed movement precision。
