摘要
我国加入WTO后,国内和国际市场的竞争愈加激烈,国有企业若要取得长足发展,就必须重视企业核心竞争力的培养与提升。本文归纳总结了我国国有企业竞争力的现状,分析了影响企业核心竞争力的因素,并提出了培养和提升国有企业核心竞争力的具体建议。
With China＇s accession to the WTO,the domestic and international market competitions have become fiercely. In order to develop rapidly,state-owned enterprises must attach importance to the cultivation and enhancement of core competitiveness. This paper summarizes the competitive status of state-owned enterprises,analyzes the impact factors of core competitiveness,and puts forward specific recommendations from the four aspects to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness.
