大学阶段是人生发展的关健期,教师要以科学发展观为指导,全面理解与把握大学生职业生涯规划的内涵及意义。本文分析了大学生职业生涯规划设计的内容、方法及管理体系。
The college period is the critical period of life development,so we must fully understand the connotation and significance of career planning for college students. This article analyzed the content,method and management system of the career planning for college students.
