摘要
对马铃薯组培苗壮苗培养进行研究。结果表明:增殖培养基为MS+1.00 mg.L-1BA+0.20 mg.L-1NAA和MS+2.00 mg.L-1BA+0.20 mg.L-1NAA,壮苗培养基为1/3 MS+0.05 mg.L-1NAA和1/2MS+0.05 mg.L-1NAA+2.50 g.L-1PVA,连续继代2次,生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.20 mg.L-1NAA效果较好。移栽成活率可达到98%。
The optimal mediums were studied for strong seedlings culture of potato tissue culture seedlings. The results were as follows:propagation mediums were MS+ 1.00 mg·L^-1 BA+0.20 mg·L^-1 NAA and MS+ 2.00 mg· L^-1BA+0. 20 mg·L^-1 NAA. Strong seedlings mediums were 1/3 MS+0.05 mg·L^-1 NAA and 1/2 MS+0, 05 mg · L^-1 NAA+2. 50 g · L^-1 PVA, to subculture twice. Rooting medium was 1/2 MS+ 0.20 mg ·L^-1 NAA. The rate of survival was 98%.
