摘要
考证现行多数高等师范院校人才培养方案发现,无论是在学科理论知识的养成,还是在教师技能的习得上,都和既定培养高素质教师的目标之间存在着一定的差距。要解决这一难题,一是应确立大师范教育的理念,理清高等师范教育在教师专业发展过程中的基础属性和基本职责;二是应通过深化改革,从根本上解决教师培养所面临的"双专业"属性的难题。
Through investigations of the training modes in most normal universities and colleges,it is discovered that the two main factors in present modes,its goal and plan,seem to vary greatly,i.e.the existing training modes in normal universities and colleges,whether in the attainment of theoretical disciplinal knowledge or in the training of teaching skills,hardly reach the standards of comprehensive qualifications needed in training high-quality teachers.This article,through the analysis of the differences between the training content and goals of present higher normal education as well as its causes attempts to explore the ideas and methods in solving the problem.
