摘要
通过介绍煅烧850℃原矿凹土对渗透结晶防水砂浆的性能影响,研究了掺0%、2%、4%、6%、8%的850℃煅烧凹土与渗透结晶防水剂复合后对防水砂浆的保水性,28d抗压强度、黏结强度以及抗渗压力的影响.试验结果表明,煅烧凹土对防水砂浆的抗渗性有显著提高,且以850℃煅烧凹土替代部分渗透结晶防水剂可以大大降低防水砂浆的成本.
Through the introduction of the influence of 850℃ calcined attapulgite clay on the property of capillary crystalline waterproof mortar,this paper studies the water retentivity,compressive strength,bond strength and impermeability of the waterproof mortar with different weight fractions (0% ,2% ,4% m,6% and 8% ) of calcined attapulgite clay mixed with capillary crystalline waterproof agents. The results show that the calcined attapulgite clay can improve the impermeability remarkably. Moreover,we can use the 850℃ calcined attapulgite clay in place of some capillary crystalline waterproof agents so that the cost of waterproof mortar can be reduced effectively.
