破碎带斜坡道超前锚杆加固技术应用 被引量:1

摘要 地下工程施工最重要的是控制围岩变形,保证其稳定性。介绍了在破碎带岩层中,为了防止工程围岩松动、冒落、直至倒塌,在掘进前将锚杆预先固结在岩层内,按巷道轮廓线形成岩石围壁,工人可在此保护下安全可靠地进行钻眼爆破工作。然后,采用径向锚杆、喷混凝土、内置拱型槽钢、浇混凝土等达到永久支护。通过武平紫金230斜坡道工程实践表明该法技术经济合理,安全可靠性强。 As for underground engineering, it is the most important to prevent its enclosing rock, and keep it stability. In this article, how to cut and support in fracture under complex geologic conditions, a way is introduced as follow: Using forepoling bolt, it reinforce the roadway's outline, where the worker can drive and cut in safety, then, permanent supporting such as radial bolting, shotcreting, U-shape channel beam in filling concrete, the construction of Ramp 230 , Wupin Zijin Mining Co. , which is took as a engineering example, shows the way is economical and safe.
