全胃切除术后患者的护理措施与营养评价

摘要 目的:探讨全胃切除术后患者的护理措施和营养状态,提高患者的生存质量。方法:分析总结全胃切除术患者的护理资料,分别于术后1个月、3个月和6个月对患者的营养状态进行评价,并与同期胃大部切除术患者进行比较。结果:经过积极有效的护理和实施合理膳食方案,全胃切除术后患者营养状况与胃大部切除术后患者营养状况差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:针对患者个体的情况合理地调配饮食,最大限度地增加营养摄入,可改善其术后营养状况及生活质量。 Objective:To explore the nursing measures and the status of patients' nutrition after total gastrectomy,to improve patient's survival quality.Method:We analyzed and summarized nursing data of patients after total gastrectomy,the nutritonal status was surveyed on the 1 month 、3 months and 6 months after operation respectively,at the same time,it was compared with subtotal gastrectomy.Result:After a positive and effective nursing and implement a reasonable diet program,there was no significant difference comparing the total gastrectomy and subtotal gastrectomy in patient's postoperative nutritional status(P0.05).Conclusion:The situation for the individual patient to rationalize diet,maximize nutrient intake,which can improve the postoperative nutritional status and quality of life.
