摘要
根据AP1000核主泵设计参数,利用泵一维设计理论,设计了核主泵的叶轮,导叶和球形泵壳。应用Pro-e软件进行了三维造型及装配;利用CFD软件Fluent进行了数值模拟运算。分析了压水室扩散管位置对核主泵性能的影响,得到了核主泵内的总压分布;静压分布;速度矢量分布和流线图。数值模拟结果清楚的反映了核主泵内部流场的特点。
One-dimensional design theory is applied to design an impeller,diffuser and orbicular pumping chamber based on the parameters of AP1000 nuclear first-loop coolant pump.Pro-e is utilized for three-dimensional design and assembling;CFD software Fluent is utilized for numerical simulation.Influence of orbicular pumping chamber diffusion tube position on wheel performance was analyzed.Total pressure distribution,static pressure distribution,velocity vector distribution and streamline diagram of the coolant pump are illustrated.The numerical simulation results clearly reflects the flow field characteristics inside the nuclear coolant pump.
