摘要
本文从质的和量两方面全面梳理了"十五"以来教育部有关远程教育类科研课题的立项情况,同时对在8种有关远程教育的学术期刊上发表的课题成果进行了分析。通过以上两方面的研究,总结了十年来课题研究的主要特点和问题,最后提出了有关课题立项和课题研究的建议。
This paper reports on findings from quantitative and qualitative analyses of projects granted by China' s Ministry of Education. The authors selected eight academic journals in distance education research and counted the total papers related to MOE projects, from 2001 to 2009. It seems that all projects share five common characteristics. We then propose six suggestions for project administration and associated research.
