摘要
二连油田老区经过多年的注水开采,储层的压力较高,调整井钻井时储层压力难以掌握,施工中经常出现井漏、井塌等复杂情况。针对这一情况,研制出了DL07系列堵漏剂,并优化出了适合不同尺寸漏失通道的防漏堵漏配方和用量。优化的堵漏方案为:漏失通道为0～0.5 mm时,DL07-1加量为2%左右;漏失通道为0.5～1mm时,DL07-7加量为4%左右;漏失通道为1～2 mm时,DL07-10、DL07-12加量为6%左右即可成功堵漏,提高承压能力超过3.5 MPa。该技术在二连油田阿林4-73、新阿31-429和林4-72X井成功进行了现场应用。
A series of DL07 sealing agents was developed according to the complicated situations,such as leakage and collapse,and so on.The situations were frequently occured during drilling in the old areas of Erlian oilfield.The recipe and content of leak resistance and plugging were optimized for the leakage passages with various dimensions.The optimal solutions were that the content of DL07-1 was about 2%for leakage passages from 0 to 0.5 mm,the content of DL07-7 was about 4%for leakage passages from 0.5 to 1mm and the content of DL07-10 or DL07-12 was about 6%for leakage passages from 1 to 2 mm.The pressure-bearing ability was over 3.5 MPa.The technology was successfully applied in Lin-73, Xina31-429 and Lin4-72X wells of Erlian oilfield.
