摘要
渤南油田储层地质特点及钻井技术难点,要求钻井液具有强抑制性、高润滑性、高抗温性和优良的储层保护性能,因此优选了双聚磺胺基聚醇钻井液。其中的胺基聚醇属聚胺改性聚醚多元醇类防塌剂,是将聚胺和聚醚多元醇2者的优点有机结合起来的一种新型防塌剂。性能研究结果表明,该钻井液具有抑制性强,抗盐、抗钙和抗岩屑侵的能力强,储层保护性能好等特点。该体系在渤南地区的6口井中得到了成功应用,建立了一套较适合快速钻井的钻井液性能参数:塑性黏度保持在15~30 mPa·s之间,动切力保持在10~18 Pa之间,动塑比保持在0.3~0.5 Pa/mPa·s之间,漏斗黏度控制为50~65 s。该体系不仅有利于提高钻速,而且还成功地解决了PDC钻头泥包与地层起下钻遇阻、遇卡和井径扩大率增大的问题,为深井钻井提供了一种新型高效钻井液体系。
According to the geological characteristics of the Bohai Oilfield and drilling technical difficulties,it required a strong inhibition drilling fluid,with high lubricity,high temperature tolerance and excellent protection performance,so double polysulfonate was chosed from the amino polyol drilling liquid.One of the amino polyol was a polyether polyol modified polyamine anti-collapse agent,which was combined with the advantages of polyamine and polyether polyols. Performance results showed that this drilling fluid had strong inhibitory,salt tolerance,calcium tolerance,debris invasion and protective to reservoir,etc.The system was applied in six wells in Bonan area successfully,and establish a more rational parameters for fast drilling fluid performance:the plastic viscosity between 15-30 mPa·s,the dynamic force between at 10-18 Pa;the dynamic plastic ratio 0.3-0.5 Pa/mPa·s,the funnel viscosity between 50-65 s.The system not only helped to improve the penetration rate,but also successfully resolve the problems of PDC bit balling,pipe sticking,hole enlargement,and provieed a new and efficient drilling fluid system for deep drilling.
