摘要 在固井作业中,为了更加准确地解释套管与水泥环界面胶结的问题,引入了弱界面的概念。通过对调整井固井弱界面的劣化机理及改善途径分析认为,水泥的内在因素及外部环境的影响是造成调整井固井弱界面问题的主要原因;针对各影响因素,分别提出了弱界面的改善途径。以弱界面劣化机理分析固井质量,更加具有科学性与合理性;从该角度探寻合理有效的改善途径,更加具有针对性与实用性。 In cementing practices,the concept of weak interface was introdued in order to explain the bonding problems of the interface between the casing and cement sheath accurately.We analyzed the deteriorate mechanism and gave the improving methods of cementing weak interface in the adjustment well.The main reason of cementing weak interface is the influence of the intrinsic factors of cement and the external environment in adjustment well;Concerning the influence factors,we proposed the improving methods.It was more scientific and reasonable to analyze the cementing quality with the deteriorate mechanism of weak interface than before.And it was more pertinent and useful to seek the reasonable and effective improving measures than before.
