摘要
岛陆一体化是沿海国家和地区统筹岛陆关系的一种战略思维,同时也是依靠岛陆优势实现区域经济发展的有效途径。岛陆一体化的重点是岛陆经济一体化,其基础是产业的互补性,发展的方向是产业联动、区域协调;岛陆一体化的运作机制是以区域政策为杠杆,通过技术、资源、区位的配置与规划,实现岛陆经济协调发展。
The island-mainland integration is not only a strategic thinking of coastal countries and areas coordinating relationships between the mainland and island,but also an effective way to regional economic development based on the advantages of mainland and island.The focus of island-mainland integration is on economic integration,whose basis is industrial complementarity and whose development direction is industry linkage and regional coordination.The operational mechanism is to achieve island-mainland coordinated economic development with regional policy as a lever,through the allocation and planning of technology,resources,and location.
