摘要
用激光全息术对闪急沸腾喷雾场的粒度分布进行了测量研究。结果表明,与常温喷雾相比,闪急沸腾喷雾具有粒子平均直径小,轴向、径向分布均匀等特点。在一台单缸机上,采用闪急沸腾喷雾方式进行了燃用柴油和煤化油的试验研究。与常温喷雾相比,闪急沸腾喷雾燃烧方式可大大降低柴油机的碳烟和油耗率。用这种燃烧方式燃用煤化油的结果表明,闪急沸腾喷雾燃烧方式在柴油机燃用低十六烷值燃油方面具有巨大的潜力。
The droplet distribution of flash boiling spray is investigated by use of laser holography.The mean diameter of fuel droplets of flash boiling spray is tiny and homogeneous in axial and radial directions compared with conventional spray.In a single cylinder diesel engine,the experimental study of combustion characteristics of flash boiling spray is performed with diesel fuel and coal liquid.The smoke emission and BSFC of flash boiling spray combustion are drastically lower at high load than those of conventional spray.The experimental study results of combustion of coal liquid in the diesel engine show that there is a great potential in use of low cetane number fuels in diesel engines with flash boiling spray and combustion style.
