摘要
提出了一种新的富集测定白酒中挥发性酚类的离子交换—衍生化气相色谱法。酒样调 pH 值为12.5,用大孔阴离子交换树脂柱富集酚类,以盐酸—丙酮洗脱,洗脱液用二氯甲烷萃取并浓缩后,经五氟苄基溴衍生化,衍生物以30m SE-54毛细管柱色谱分离和电子捕获检测器检测。该法灵敏、干扰少、回收率高、定量结果准确。用此法测定了6种白酒中的10种酚类化合物,含量为0.02~1.15ppm,变异系数为4%~29%。
A new ion-exchange/derivatization GC method for concentrating and determining volatile phenols of chinese liquors is proposed.Phenols are sorbed on a macroporous anion exchange resin after the liquors were brought to pH value of 12.5,eluted with HCL-acetone,extracted with methylene dichloride and then concentrated to a suitable concentration for derivatization with pentaflorobenzyl bromide(PFB).The PFB derivatives of phenols are sucessfully separated by GC on a 30 meters SE-54 silica capillary column and detected with a Ni-63 electron capture detector.The characterization of the proposed method is:high sensitivity,low interference,96% average recovery of phenols in six kinds of chinese liquors were determined and their concentration range was 0.02-1.15 ppm with a variation coefficients of 4% to 29%.
