中药针灸配合胶原酶溶核术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察 被引量:1

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture with Collagenase Chemonucleolysis in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

摘要 目的:观察中药针灸配合胶原酶溶核术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将54例LDP患者随机分为治疗组(28例)和对照组(26例)。对照组行常规腰椎间盘胶原酶溶核术治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药针灸治疗。治疗后1、3个月观察2组临床疗效。结果:治疗1个月后比较,治疗组VAS值显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药针灸配合胶原酶溶核术治疗腰椎间盘突出症近期疗效显著,优于单纯的胶原酶溶核术。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture with collagenase chemonucleolysis in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods :54 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases)and control group(26 cases).The control group received routine lumbar intervertebral disc CCNL treatment ;The treatment group was added traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment based on the control group.1 month and 3 months after treatment,observation of clinical effect and safety of two groups.Results :Comparing the two groups 1 month after treatment,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group at the VAS values(P0.01);the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group at the total effective rate(P0.05).Conclusion :It is more pronounced effectIt that Chinese medicine acupuncture and collagenase treatment of lumbar disc herniation of nuclear,and better than that of collagenase chemonucleolysis
