摘要
根据对灰斗气固两相流的受力分析设计了冷态模化实验、着重从以下3个方面进行了相关工作:①灰斗的流场特性与气固两相流特性;②灰斗的阻力特性;③分离下灰样的筛分特性。发现灰斗分离效率低下的原因在于流场结构不合理,并对如何提高灰斗分离效率提出了建议。
Abstract The main idea of this paper is to give some proposals for optimization of ash hoppers in large boilers.The forces of gas solid flow in the ash hopper are analyzed,and then the cold model test is designed in the thesis.Three most important works are:○a properties of flow field and gas solid flow in the ash hopper;○ b flow resistance of the ash hopper;○c screening properties of separated ash samples.It's found that the cause for low separation efficiency is that flow field in the ash hopper isn't rational.Then,some proposals for increasing separation efficiency are put forward in this paper.
