Warner和Farber方法手术治疗踝关节旋后外旋型Ⅲ、Ⅳ°骨折中难复后踝骨折的疗效 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨改良的切开复位内固定手术方式治疗旋后外旋型Ⅲ、Ⅳ°骨折难复后踝骨折的疗效。方法对17例旋后外旋型Ⅲ、Ⅳ°骨折难复性后踝骨折用Warner和Farber方法行切开复位内固定。直视下行骨折复位内固定,骨折复位固定顺序是后踝、外踝、内踝。结果所有病例得到随访,骨折全部愈合。根据Baird2J ackson评分系统进行评估:优14例,良3例。结论采用Warner和Farber方法治疗旋后外旋型Ⅲ、Ⅳ°骨折难复后踝骨折,可以在直视下解剖复位骨折,减少对创伤性关节炎的发生,其疗效好,优良率高。
