摘要
介绍了基于有限元分析软件ANSYS的机床工作台结构尺寸优化设计的原理和方法,然后采用APDL(ANSYS参数化设计语言)对工作台参数化建模,并用4种不同方案,对其尺寸参数优化。结果表明:对筋条数目、间距、尺寸进行参数优化,能够提高工作台结构的比刚度。
It introduces the basic theory and method of structure and size optimization of working table in machine tool based on ANSYS, sets up the parametric model of working table. Using four different methods it obtains the size of optimal parametric. The result indicates that the optimization about number, distance, size of stiffening ribs can improve the structural stiffness of working table.
