摘要
在分析机车DK-1型电空制动机DKL逻辑控制装置基本结构及其与机车制动系统指令输入、输出功能的对应关系的基础上,对DKL制动逻辑控制单元的内部结构、基本框架、系统的内部电路、系统的主要功能、工作原理、工作过程和DKL逻辑控制装置在我国主型电力机车SS6B电空制动机上的实际应用时的指令输入、指令的输出、内部逻辑的运算等关键技术进行了详细的分析与研究,最后通过对DKL逻辑控制单元在机车制动控制方面的特点、优点与传统电路控制的比较可知DKL逻辑控制装置在机车制动机控制方面的灵敏性和准确性均在99.5%以上,大大超过电路控制效果,可见DKL逻辑控制单元在机车制动控制方面,尤其是在逻辑性、可靠性方面有更高的先进性,具有非常良好的应用前景和推广使用价值。
On the basis of analyzing DK-1 electric locomotive air brake DKL basic structure and logic control unit with a locomotive brake system command input and output functions,the correspondence DKL brake logic control unit's internal structure, the basic framework, the internal circuitry, the system's main function, working principle, working processes and DKL logic control device in my main electric locomotive SS6B electro-pneumatic brake the practical application of the directive input, command output, the internal logic of the operation and other key technology were analyzed and researched in detail, finally, by comparison of the characteristics, advantages and traditional circuit-controlled of the DKL logic control unit in the locomotive brake control,it can see the sensitivity and accuracy of DKL logic control device in locomotive brake control is above 99.5% ,it is much higher than the circuit control effect,so,it shows that DKL logic control unit in the locomotive brake control,especially in logic,has a higher advanced nature in logic and reliability,it also has a very good prospect and promotion of value.
