摘要
基于ANSYS软件的拓扑优化功能,以YKS5120B-3型数控插齿机床身的整个外形包络为求解域,分别以床身最小静柔度和前5阶模态频率的一致平均频率最高为优化目标,对YKS5120B-3型数控插齿机床身进行拓扑优化,得到了床身的拓扑形状最优化的模型,为下一步的精确结构设计提供指导。
Based on ANSYS, the topology optimizations of YKS512OB-3 CNC gear shaper machine tool bed was complied, with the shape envelope of the whole solution domain and the goal of topology optimization are minimum compliance and maximize for reciprocal formulation of the five previous modal frequencies respectively. The optimal topology shape of the bed was obtained, which can provide guidance for the next precise structural design of the bed.
