摘要
政府部门要爱护自己的公信力,它是政府权威的来源,是公众信赖政府的根本,是公共政策得以贯彻落实的基础。要建立政府与公众的和谐互信关系,必须要重塑政府在公共行政活动中与社会公众建立起的信任关系,这就离不开政府行政行为的规范化建设。实现政府行为规范化是构建政府公信力的基石。
The government must cherish their own credibility,because it is the origin of government authorities and the reason why the public trust it,which makes community policy do.The establishment of public’s mutual confidence relationship with the government lies in the standardization of government behavior.The standardization of government behavior is the foundation of government’s credibility
