摘要
社会人才激烈竞争给高职院校毕业生求职带来了巨大的压力和挑战,本文从高职院校开展职业生涯规划指导的意义出发,面对职业生涯规划指导的现状,浅谈怎样系统有效地指导学生进行职业生涯规划,培养学生的全面素质,提高他们的就业能力,使他们成功地立足社会。
Competition has brought tremendous job pressures and challenges to graduates of higher vocational colleges. Starting with the significance of career planning guidance that the higher vocational colleges carry out, facing to the status quo of career planning guidance, this paper states how to systematically and effectively guide the students in career planning, and nuture the overall quality of students to enhance their ability, so that they will succeed in the society.
