摘要
观察了灭囊灵及其主要成分水蛭、全蝎、矾石对小鼠的电惊厥及回苏灵、硝酸士的宁引起的小鼠化学惊厥的影响。结果:灭囊灵及其成分全蝎、矾石均能对抗电惊厥及回苏灵、硝酸士的宁引起的化学惊厥,均能降低小鼠的惊厥发生率,尚能延长回苏灵引起的小鼠化学惊厥的诱导期,灭囊灵全方亦能使士的宁引起的小鼠化学惊厥的诱导期延长,但作用明显低于苯巴比妥钠组。灭囊灵的另一成分水蛭则无明显抗惊厥作用,但加入水蛭的灭囊灵全方的上述抗惊厥作用明显加强。提示:水蛭虽无直接抗惊厥作用,但它能协同全蝎、矾石而发生抗惊厥作用。
The anticonvulsive effects of Mienangling(MNL)and its main components,Hirudo, Scorpio,and Alumen were studied. The results showed that MNL, Scorpio, and Alumen could reduce the occurrence of electrofit and the dimefline_induced and strythnine_induced convulsion,and prolong the induction period of dimefline_induced convulsion in mice.MNL could also prolong the induction period of strythnine_induced convulsion of mice. However, these effects were much smaller than those of phenobarbital sodium. The results also showed that Hirudo alone exerted no anticonvulsive effect on mice,but increased the anticonvulsive effects when added to the formula.
